On Saturday, August 29, 2026, the Diesel Works team attended ExpoCamacol Medellín 2026 as a visitor — Colombia's leading trade show for construction and infrastructure.

Our goal was clear: walk the show floor and meet face to face with the machinery rental partners and construction industry distributors we work with every day. It was a full day of direct conversations about parts availability, import lead times, and equipment uptime on site.
During the visit we:
- Met with heavy equipment rental companies (excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and loaders).
- Talked with equipment and component distributors for construction and infrastructure.
- Took a close look at brands and machines on display: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Zoomlion, and more.
- Shared how Diesel Works Software and our parts and import service help cut equipment downtime.
What we took away
Construction runs on availability: every hour a machine is down is an hour it isn't billing. That conversation came up at every booth. It confirmed that the combination of specialized parts + direct imports + management software is exactly what the sector is asking for.
