During July 2026, the Diesel Works team traveled around Bogotá to visit our clients and partner workshops. It was several days of direct conversations, operational diagnostics, and demonstrations of the latest features of our diesel workshop software.
Listening to improve
It went very well. Each visit let us learn firsthand about the challenges workshops in the capital face: order traceability, inventory control, fast quoting, and the need for reliable parts. That feedback fuels every Diesel Works update.
During the Bogotá days we showcased:
- Diesel Works Software: complete flow from vehicle reception to invoicing.
- Management KPI modules for making decisions with real data.
- Specialized parts: pumps, injectors, turbos, sensors, and actuators.
Close to those who operate
The most valuable part of these meetings was the human contact. Solving doubts at the workshop, seeing how the software is used day-to-day, and receiving suggestions from those who actually operate the tool gives us a perspective you can't get on a call.
