7. Security and confidentiality
Diesel Works adopts reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Access to data will be limited to persons and suppliers who need it to perform their functions or provide authorized services, subject to the corresponding confidentiality obligations.
8. Vendors and technology services
To carry out its activities, Diesel Works may use technology vendors and Data Processors for services such as infrastructure, storage, communications, billing, integrations, support, security and artificial intelligence.
When appropriate, data may be processed or hosted outside Colombia, observing the mechanisms and requirements established by applicable law.
9. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, maintain contractual or commercial relationships, comply with legal obligations or address legal liabilities. When the purpose disappears and there is no obligation or legitimate reason to retain them, they may be deleted, anonymized or blocked in accordance with Diesel Works internal procedures.
10. Validity
This Privacy Policy is effective from its publication and will remain in force as long as Diesel Works processes personal data. Diesel Works may update it when applicable regulations, processes, technologies, channels or processing purposes change. Substantial modifications will be communicated through reasonable mechanisms.
